Their long term goal for Ullalu village is the total development of the village through education, health, environment, vocational training, sanitation and socio-cultural activities.

They are involved in running three schools, Nursery to 7th standard school, tailoring classes for women, free tution classes from 5th to degree, free medical centers, health camps, free plantation of trees in the village.
